Most of us move through the day focused on tactical issues. We have some sort of to-do list that helps prioritize and manage our day. But what happens when we need to elevate our thinking and look at things Strategically instead of Tactically? What goes into a Strategic Plan? Would it be nice to have all the elements of a Strategic Plan defined, and a roadmap and techniques for creating one laid out for you?

In this one-hour session you will be presented with a time-tested Strategic Planning process that has been used to successfully develop hundreds of Strategic Plans for municipalities, non-profits, and for-profit entities.
