- How much are membership dues? (Updated April 2024)
Add-on includes discounted registration to regular HOT SHRM meetings devoted to networking and professional development and includes food when available. - If an employer pays for part/all of an employee's dues, does the membership belong to employer? Is the individual a member even if they change jobs? Can the membership be moved to another employee?
Memberships are held by the individual, and the individual member retains the current membership regardless of employer. Memberships cannot be transferred.
- Are there any discounts for companies that have multiple employees join?
Yes!

- How does HOT SHRM and National SHRM work together?
Membership in HOT SHRM chapter and National SHRM are separate and related.
HOT SHRM: Our chapter operates independently to provide a professional development and networking opportunities for HR professionals specifically in our geographic area. While we recommend National SHRM membership, it's not a requirement to join our chapter.
